Any and all photo references, there is no limit to it. Please be descriptive along with shown photos. I don't even mind MS Paint examples and/or a Google Doc dedicated for your references!
50/50 Payment: Half of the payment is paid after discussion of the commission. The rest of the payment is paid forward after I have given confirmation of the finished piece.
Full Upfront Payment: Paid in full after confirming the details of the buyer's commission.

I will update you of the process with screenshots through DM.
Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image: 3000x3000, 300dpi. This size will change for the style chosen for your commission.
The files will be sent through any social media we communicated through.
No fee, 3 changes for the sketching process.
Fee 50%, any changes added for the final product will be charged.
During the process, any minor mistakes on my part will not be charged such as colors, outfit details, skin details, and minor detailing.
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
Cancelling a commission if I have not started on the piece, you will receive your full payment.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
Requesting a PayPal chargeback at any point during the process of your commission, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted.
I, "VIRTY" (the artist):
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork through social media, portfolio, etc.
You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with proper credit of the artist.
You may not put my artwork through any AI generation, non-blockchain-related technologies, including non-fungible tokens (NFTs), etc.
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
